Room was large, airy. The staff were helpful, and the bed was comfy, we did not want to leave. Can't beat the location, close enough to seattle public library. A train station was within 8 minutes' walk away...
I liked the cleanleness of the hotel and the friendly staff. It is a very nice and lovely hotel
A little bit far from the downtown shopping mall
The beds were very comfortable & it was nice to get a ride downtown with your service
We thought the $39 valet parking was outrageous, especially when there was parking for $10 night nearby.
Unique historical hotel, different to the standard chain hotels. Comfortable and welcoming.
Bit of a walk from the centre of town (10 mins there, 20 back up the hill!) but they do offer free car drive to within a few miles
As soon as we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted by the friendly staff. Everyone treated us like we were special guests. Lance, Desmond, Trevor and 'everyone' else went above and beyond our expectations and made it a great weekend. Even our teenage son was impressed. The room was clean and fresh. It's an awesome place to stay - we would definitely stay there the next time we venture to a Mariner game!
The only thing was the coffee maker. We couldn't figure out the coffee press without making a mess. Just give me simple - I'll go to a coffee shop if I need overworked coffee.
The young people from seattle pacific working at the hotel were outstanding. Employing local university students is wonderful .This was a great surprise because we have a grand daughter going to spu this fall
The place has old-fashioned charm and beauty, and is a great change from the clones one encounters elsewhere. We were accommodated in a most luxurious suite, for which the price was extremely reasonable.
Our room was over-heated. We opened our small window but that was not adequate to cool it. Housekeeping staff closed it in our absence. The food was so highly salted, it was dangerous.
I like the old world elegance of the Sorrento Hotel --it reminds one of an old private club --next best thing to staying at one's own home. I also really like the location of the Hotel since it was right downtown -- very convenient.
I think that they could upgrade the mattresses in their rooms. The hotel is nice, but it looks as though it is starting to wear around the edges. They need to upgrade a few things and I think that they are working on doing so.
The staff felt it was their sincere pleasure to make sure we were happy and the concierege was very knowledgeable
The service was fantastic and the hotel is simply charming.
No our stay exceeded expectations.
Beautiful historic hotel, great location, excellent staff.
Way over priced Charged $40 for parking at the hotel
The employees were friendly and helpful. It was handy to downdown.
The bed linens. Amazing.....Also, we had a friend come to visit and he told us the staff downstairs was very welcoming.
The parking was expensive
